Monthly Rate is for 1 or 2 Adults Only.(No children on monthly stays). 

Extra People $5.00 per Day or $100.00 per person monthly.

Two Dogs Per Site (non-aggressive dogs only). No Pitt, Rottweiler, Bull Dog, German Shepherd, Chow, Doberman or mix of these breeds. If more than 2 please call for approval.

No outside dog pins, houses, or wireless fences. We are pet friendly, But NOT A BARK PARK!

No Exotic Animals Allowed.

Nightly $40.00 (2 night minimum on weekends for advance reservations only) 1 night if available for road traffic call on the way, you will need a gate code.

Weekly $210.00

Monthly $500.00 (Electirc included) when available

No Refunds on Deposits.

Hookups include: electric, water, sewer and wi-fi.(wi-fi not guaranteed, it is a free service)

No cable TV and No Bathhouse.

Unit can not be older than 12 Years for monthly stays and must be in good condition.
